Christina Howden is a third-year law student at the Sandra Day O'Connor College of Law at Arizona State University. She is a native Arizonan and the Managing Editor for the Law Journal for Social Justice. In 2019, she worked as a Summer Associate at Davis, Miles, McGuire, Gardner, assisting in estate planning, corporate immigration, bankruptcy, and civil litigation. Christina was also a Legal Extern for the Hon. David L. Mackey and for the Hon. John Napper at the Yavapai County Superior Court. At ASU, she was a Rule-38 Certified Student Attorney in the Post-Conviction Clinic and a Teaching Assistant for professional ethics.

Christina came to law school after a career in accounting. She lives in northern Arizona and volunteers for various causes, including the Immigration Initiative, moot court, and dental missions in Guatemala and Fiji. Christina spent a summer semester studying refugee and asylum law at Trinity College (Cambridge University) in the UK. She enjoys traveling, American literature, and spending time with her husband and three boys.
