DNA Testing Assistance Program
Do you know someone who has been wrongfully convicted of forcible rape, murder, or non-negligent homicide? If so, please have them fill out the DNA Grant Questionnaire and send it to us at the Arizona Justice Project.

We will review the case and if we find there is DNA evidence that could answer unresolved questions about the identity of the true perpetrator, we will work towards getting that DNA evidence tested.

Please ACT NOW!! The funding for the DNA Testing Assistance Program comes from the National Institute for Justice. This funding is being used to conduct an 18 month survey for cases of actual innocence and pay for DNA testing in cases where DNA can prove actual innocence. Once the grant funds are spent, we may not have other resources to pay for DNA testing.
